What Is Modernization?

Modernization is once again a hot topic. But what does it really mean? Is it using TR8 and the latest version of DB2? Or does it relate to other things too?

The API Corner: Monitoring Data Changes within Your Database

Triggers open up a world of possibilities in terms of what an application can do "under the covers."

bruce viningWritten by Bruce Vining

Recently, over on, an absolutely wonderful resource run by David Gibbs for users and developers of the IBM i system, a developer reported having a problem related to using triggers.
